For our unique specialities, we use only select Arabica beans
from the highland regions of Central and South America, harvested on
sun-drenched plantations. In our in-house roastery, they are gently refined to
create a smooth, harmonious aroma that blends beautifully with the finest
flavour combinations. Whether it’s seductive vanilla, creamy tiramisu, fruity
cheesecake, or sophisticated notes of chocolate – each variety offers a
sumptuous experience for those with the highest standards.
For our
organic coffee specialities, we use only carefully selected Arabica beans of the
best organic quality. Grown on responsibly managed, sunny highland plantations,
the beans develop their full, natural aroma. They are then gently refined in our
in-house roastery at low temperatures – resulting in an especially smooth and
balanced taste. This premium coffee base makes creations such as our tonka bean
