Single Origin Coffee on the other hand, comes from a (mostly family-run) farmer cooperative within the same region. The mainly smaller farms put a particular emphasis on an exceptionally careful cultivation which leads to smaller production amounts compared to other methods. Estate Coffees and Single Origin Coffees are usually only available in very limited amounts.
